I was doing everything—except caring for the one thing that made it all possible: me.
Over time, I came to understand something simple but powerful—sleep isn't just rest. It's healing. It's clarity. It's energy. It's the foundation of how we show up in our lives. And for women, especially in the middle of so much, it's often the first thing we give up.

As women, we optimize everything—our calendars, our teams, our families, our investments. We research the best schools, curate the cleanest skincare, choose organic wine, and schedule our workouts. We’re strategic about our time and intentional about our choices.
Yet, for many of us, poor sleep feels inevitable.
I was that woman—constantly stressed, overcommitted, and treating sleep as negotiable. I thought I could push through, but I kept waking up tired.
A health wake-up call changed everything. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I dedicated myself to studying nutrition and health coaching, and through lifestyle changes, I got well and beyond.
Along the way, I learned just how crucial sleep is for our health, energy, hormonal balance, focus, mood, and longevity—it’s the foundation everything else in our lives depends on.
I saw how many brilliant women are running on empty, never reaching their full potential or ending up losing their health, simply because they’re exhausted and rarely get enough quality sleep.
I also realised how little most nightwear supports real sleep quality or health overall.
