We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; the terms applicable to your purchase will be those in effect on the date of your order.

2. THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

  • Order Offer: The display of products on our website is not a binding offer. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.
  • Contract Formation: The purchase contract is legally concluded only when we accept your order by dispatching the goods and sending you a Dispatch Confirmation email.
  • Availability: We endeavour to hold stock of all advertised items, but this cannot be guaranteed. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and await your instructions.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Currency: Our main currency is EUR and all checkouts are processed in EUR.  GBP and USD prices are shown for reference only.
  • VAT: All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT where applicable.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, Google Pay, and Klarna. For customers in Estonia, we offer bank links via Maksekeskus.
  • Security: All payments are processed in a secure environment; the Seller has no access to your bank or credit card details.

4. DELIVERY

  • Lead Times: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 days. Please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery during busy periods or for international destinations.
  • Shipping Costs: Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout before you finalize your order.
  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or postal disruptions.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

  • 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect, resellable condition.
  • Brand Tags: All Luminé brand tags must remain attached to the garment. Items returned with tags removed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Luxury Packaging: Your order is delivered in our signature Luminé gift box, which is considered an integral part of the product. Items must be returned inside this original gift box, and the gift box must be protected by an outer mailing carton or plastic mailing bag to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
  • Return Costs: The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a recorded delivery method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Faulty Items: All products are manufactured to the highest quality. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund the purchase price and the return shipping costs.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PRODUCT IMAGES

  • Ownership: All content on this site, including designs, logos, and photography, is the exclusive property of Intenord OÜ.
  • Product Images: Images are for illustrative purposes. Small variations in color or finish may occur due to screen settings or the hand-finished nature of luxury garments.

7. GIFT CARDS

  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • Responsibility: Luminé is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
