TERMS AND CONDITIONS – LUMINÉ (INTENORD OÜ)

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This website is operated by Intenord OÜ, registered at Puisniidu 6-2, Tiskre 76916, Estonia. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; the terms applicable to your purchase will be those in effect on the date of your order.

2. THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

  • Order Offer: The display of products on our website is not a binding offer. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.
  • Contract Formation: The purchase contract is legally concluded only when we accept your order by dispatching the goods and sending you a Dispatch Confirmation email.
  • Availability: We endeavour to hold stock of all advertised items, but this cannot be guaranteed. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and await your instructions.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Currency: Our main currency is EUR and all checkouts are processed in EUR. GBP and USD prices are shown for reference only.
  • VAT: All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT where applicable.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and PayPal.
  • Security: All payments are processed in a secure environment; the Seller has no access to your bank or credit card details.

4. DELIVERY

  • Cost: Delivery is complimentary on all orders, to every country we serve, with no minimum order value.
  • Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times count from dispatch.
  • Delivery times (from dispatch): 1–2 working days in Estonia and 1–3 working days in Latvia and Lithuania; 3–4 working days to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Denmark; 2–4 working days to Sweden; 1–4 working days to Finland; 5–7 working days to Ireland. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Carriers: FedEx, delivered to the address given at checkout. DPD for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, delivered to the parcel locker selected at checkout.
  • Duties and taxes: All prices include applicable duties and taxes. No further sum is payable on delivery.
  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes and carrier disruption.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

  • 30-day return period: You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.
  • Return cost: Returns from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are free of charge. For all other destinations, a flat contribution of €15 per return is deducted from the refund. This amount is disclosed before purchase in accordance with Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU and applies regardless of destination country.
  • How to return: For destinations outside Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, email care@luminelife.com quoting your order number; a prepaid carrier label will be issued to you. Within Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, a return code is sent by text message with your order and may be used at any DPD parcel locker without contacting us first.
  • Condition of items: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all Luminé brand tags attached. Please take care when trying a piece on, and keep it away from make-up and perfume.
  • Gift box: Your order is delivered in a Luminé gift box, which forms part of the product. Items must be returned inside this box, and the box must be protected by an outer carton or mailing bag so that it is not damaged in transit.
  • Sets: A set is sold and priced as a single item and must be returned complete. The return of an individual item from a set cannot be accepted.
  • Reduction in value: Under Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU you are liable for any reduction in the value of a piece resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Where a piece is returned worn, washed, scented or marked, we may deduct that reduction in value from your refund, or return the piece to you.
  • Statutory right of withdrawal: For the first 14 days after delivery you may withdraw from the contract under Directive 2011/83/EU for any reason, and that right is not conditional on the requirements above. Where a piece is returned within that period without its tags or gift box, or with signs of handling beyond what is necessary to try it on, we will refund you and deduct the resulting reduction in value rather than refuse the return. Days 15 to 30 are offered by Luminé in addition to the statutory right, and returns in that period are accepted only on the conditions above.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer cross-border exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: Where an item is faulty or not as ordered, we will arrange and pay for its return and will refund or replace it in full, with no deduction. This is separate from the return policy above and is available for two years from delivery under Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven working days of the returned item reaching us, and in any event within 14 days as required by law.
  • Risk in transit: Until a returned item reaches us it remains your responsibility. Where we have issued a prepaid label, the carrier's tracking is your proof of posting.
  • Complaints: Please tell us of a defect within two months of noticing it, by email to care@luminelife.com. We reply to a complaint in writing within 15 days.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PRODUCT IMAGES

  • Ownership: All content on this site, including designs, logos, and photography, is the exclusive property of Intenord OÜ.
  • Product Images: Images are for illustrative purposes. Small variations in color or finish may occur due to screen settings or the hand-finished nature of luxury garments.

7. GIFT CARDS

  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • Responsibility: Luminé is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.
  • Luminé is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
