Returns

We hope you will love what you have chosen. Should you wish to return a piece, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it.

How to return — Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania

1. A return code arrives with your order, by text message or email.
2. Take your parcel to any DPD parcel locker, choose Return and enter the code. The machine prints the label. Nothing to print at home.
3. Your refund follows once the parcel reaches us.

How to return — all other countries

1. Email care@luminelife.com with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid FedEx label the same working day.
3. Print the label, seal the box, and either book a collection from your address or leave the parcel at a FedEx point. Both are included.
4. Your refund follows once the parcel reaches us.

Refunds

Your refund is issued to the original payment method within seven working days of the parcel reaching us. Returns from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are refunded in full. For all other countries, €15 as return fee is deducted from the refund.

Condition

Pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags attached, in the original condition and in the gift box. Please protect the gift box with an outer carton or mailing bag so it arrives undamaged.

Please take care when trying a piece on, and keep it away from make-up and perfume.

We are unable to accept pieces that have been worn, washed, altered or monogrammed.

Where a piece reaches us worn, washed, scented or marked, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund, or return the piece to you.

A set is sold and priced as one piece and must be returned complete. We cannot accept the return of a single item from a set.

Exchanges

We are not able to exchange across borders. Please return the piece and place a new order. If you write to us first, we will hold your size where we have it.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, please email us. We will collect it and replace it at our cost, with nothing deducted.
